Clash for consolation pride

Les Bleus believe not even Brazil will be able to bring it back to earth on Sunday. Saravanan stuns Grand Master
India's V Saravanan scored a shocking victory over Armemian Grandmaster Karen Maosziszian with black pieces as the fourth round saw intense battles on the top tables in Benaque Open international chess tournament yesterday. Saravanan faced the closed Sicilian Variation from the Grandmaster and the game developed into a positional struggle where white had a passively placed high square bishop.
