Burglaries
Two cases of house-breakings were reported from different parts of the city on Wednesday night, the police said. According to the police, gold and silver ornaments worth Rs 4,400 were stolen from house no 8, Kumbh Society, Gorva. In another incident, burglars stole ornaments worth Rs 7,000 from 47, Sahyog Society, by breaking open the door of the house. The police have registered cases and initiated investigation.

Vehicle lifted
One Jayesh Chandrakant Padhiyar, a resident of Swatantrata Senani Nagar, has complained to the police that his Bajaj Super scooter (GJ-6-3124) worth Rs 17,000 was lifted from Patodia Pole. The Wadi police have registered a case and are investigating.

Injured
One Satish Onkarnath Pandit, a resident of Akota Patelchal, behind Dinesh Mill compound, was injured on Wednesday when he was by a speeding truck (GJS 2028) in Fatehgunj area. The Fatehgunj police have registered a case of against the driver and are investigating.
