Talking to reporters after the customary tea party with the Opposition leaders on the eve of the session, Joshi however, refused to give exact date for placing the report that inquired into the communal riots and serial blasts in Mumbai in 1992-93. The decision to allow the discussion on the report would be announced in the House, the Chief Minister said. Expressing satisfaction over talks with Opposition leaders, Joshi said as many as 27 topics came up for discussion.
