The 13th Campa Cola inter-school table tennis championships will be conducted by the Delhi Table Tennis Association from August 17 to 24 at Talkatora Stadium. Entries close on August 10.
Keshavpuram win
Fine spell of medium pace bowling by Brij Mohan (3 for 9), Sachin Verma (3 for 19) and Nitin Arora (3 for 22) helped Keshav Puram Club beat Essex Club (Rohru) by seven wickets in the fourth All India Maharaja Padam Singh Memorial Tournament in Rohru (Shimla), according to reports reaching here.
Brief Scores: Essex Club: 88 in 21.1 overs (Arant 21, Brij Mohan 3 for 9, Sachin Verma 3 for 19, Nitin Arora 3 for 22) lost to Keshav Puram: 93 for 3 in 16.1 overs (Rajeev Uniyal 28 not out, Sarvesh Saxena 24 not out, Sohail Rouf 21, Jitender 2 for 23).
