BANGALORE, July 24: The Kannada Vedike and other pro-Kannada orgnanisations have planned a rail roko of Tamil Nadu-bound trains today, protesting against the AIADMK leader, Ms J Jayalalitha's stand on the Cauvery water issue. Vedike President and former legislator K Prabhakar Reddy has said that an agitational programme will be chalked out soon.
