NEW DELHI, July 26: Two persons were killed and four injured when a powerful bomb exploded in a bus at Inter State Bus Terminus (ISBT) this morning. The bomb, kept in the rear of a Haryana Roadways bus, exploded at 11.35 am, a few minutes after the bus, which was coming from Safidon in Haryana, had entered ISBT.
Meanwhile, Home Minister L K Advani said ``he could not defend the law & order situation in the Capital as being ``good'' even as the blamed the Pakistan sponsored ISI for the spate of blasts in the city.
``On the basis of the situation in the Capital, a public interest petition has been moved in the Delhi High Court where it has been stated that I have admitted that the law & order situation in the city is not good.
