Dacoits loot temple

SEDAM (Karnataka), July 26: The Sri Lakshminarayana Temple here has been stripped of gold and silver ornaments worth Rs 1.25 lakh by an eight-member gang of dacoits. The theives had gagged the priest and the security guard, and bound their hands and legs before commiting the crime. Incidents of theft and robbery have been on the rise in the taluk of late.
