MUMBAI, July 28: Hotel Centaur and Holy Family, Chakala played out a 1-1 draw in the Mumbai District Football Association-conducted Harwood League match at the St Xavier's Ground, Parel today.
Holy Family struck first in the 10th minute when Anthony Johnny beat the Centaur goalkeeper Wenzel Moraes.
Centaur scored the equaliser in the 65th minute through a goalkeeping error on the part of Wilson D'Silva. Wilson failed to collect the ball properly and Elias D'Souza headed it in.
In the Division II-A Jet Airways and MLWB (Goregaon) drew 1-1. Nayeem Shaikh scored for MLWB while Ryan D'Abreao equalised for Jet.
Gite triumphs: Indrajit Gite won the boys under-14 title in the Thane District Carrom championships beating Harshal Gharge 12-25, 25-10, 25-4 at the CKP Hall, Thane (West), late, last night.
