CHANDIGARH, July 28: Sudhir Sidhu (Reserve Bank of India) and Manoj Gulati (Punjab National Bank) won their respective matches with ease in the Inter-Bank/Financial Institutions Carrom tournament being organised by the State Bank of India as part of 50 years of India's indpendence, here at the bank's Local Head Office, Sector 17 today.
CHANDIGARH, July 28: Sudhir Sidhu (Reserve Bank of India) and Manoj Gulati (Punjab National Bank) won their respective matches with ease in the Inter-Bank/Financial Institutions Carrom tournament being organised by the State Bank of India as part of 50 years of India's indpendence, here at the bank's Local Head Office, Sector 17 today.
Sudhir Sidhu routed Prithi Singh (NABARD) 25-1, 25-0. Manoj Gulati too completed a ruthless 25-0, 25-4 win over Ram Rath (SBI). Also winning their matches were Mahavir Singh (RBI), Anil Salwan (Allahabad Bank) and Krishan Kanhiya (Oriental Bank of Commerce).
The meet was earlier inaugurated by Vijay Kumar Mahajan, General Manager, Chandigarh Circle of SBI. More than 80 players are participating in the meet.
