Sena corporator gets bail, again

MUMBAI, August 6: Sena corporator from Ulhasnagar Kishore Keswani, the key accused in the chemical theft case, has again secured bail from the high court. Keswani had been arrested on July 1 and remanded to police custody till August 3. However, he managed to secure temporary bail from the holiday court of the Bombay High Court on August 2. He was granted interim bail till August 5 and was to be rearrested on August 6 if he failed to get extension on his bail. Judge N J Pandya granted him bail on August 5. ``We will appeal against the decision in Supreme Court soon,'' said Thane's deputy commissioner of police, crime, Ashok Devre.
