Nursing exports
The package for boosting exports announced by Commerce Minister Ramakrishna Hegde is to be welcomed, even though its efficacy is by no means assured. At worst, it is an indication of a focus on strengthening a sector which has played an increasingly significant role in economic growth in recent years.
