CHANDIGARH, Aug 18: The winners of the Punjab State Lotteries Bumper were handed over the cheques by Punjab Finance Minister Kanwaljit Singh at a function here today.Dipali Dutta Roy was the winner of the one crore Baisakhi Bumper, while Prem Kumar of Rajpura, Dharam Dev Verma of Bassi Pathana and Adarsh Kumar of Panchkula were handed over cheques of two lakhs.
The one lakh prize cheque was given to V.K.Aggarwal of Delhi. Rajan Kashyap, principal secretary, finance presided over the function. Prabhjot Singh Mand, director, Punjab State Lotteries also addressed the gathering.
