Nairobi bombing suspect indicted
An accused in the bombing of the US Embassy in Nairobi has been charged under 14 criminal counts, including murder of 12 Americans killed in the blast, hours after he was flown in here from Kenya. Mohammed Rashed Daoud al-Owhali, handed over by the Kenyan authorities to America's Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) without any legal proceedings has been charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction.
