CHENNAI, SEPT 10: ``Subramanian Swamy is a joker. He should not be taken seriously. Even Jayalalitha (AIADMK chief) has asked us not to take him seriously''. This is how Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) leader S Ramadoss reacted to a query on Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy's statement that the Congress would try and form an alternative Government at the Centre after the Assembly elections in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Delhi.
Ramadoss went on to add that it was the media that was giving him ``too much importance''. In a lighter vein, he said that Swamy would not have turned against the BJP had he been given a Ministerial berth.
