Kerala Governor Sukhdev Singh Kang has accorded permission for the prosecution of former irrigation minister and Kerala Congress(J) leader TM Jacob, MLA, in the case relating to alleged irregularities in the execution of the Kuriarkutty-Karappara irrigation project.
Rumblings in Himalayas; Sikkim may have snap polls
