Waugh's century takes Aussies to threshold of victory
A graceful century by Mark Waugh put Australia on the verge of their first series victory in Pakistan in 39 years on the fourth day of the third and final Test on Sunday. The 33-year-old Waugh scored a delightful 117 as Australia, who resumed in the morning at 130 for one, set Pakistan a challenging target of 419 to win.

Anand in lead after second straight win
Vishwanathan Anand moved into top gear as he demolished main rival Vladimir Kramnik with a masterly display in the second round of the Fontys-Tilburg Chess International on Saturday. Anand brought Kramnik down in just 35 moves, used only 44 minutes on his clock and his display included a great queen sacrifice.
