Fodder scam case: Laloo, Mishra to surrender today
Former Bihar Chief Ministers Laloo Prasad Yadav and Jagannath Mishra and former ministers Bholaram Toofani and Vidya Sagar Nishad (both RJD MLAs) would surrender before designated CBI Judge S K Lal today in connection with a conspiracy angle case of the fodder scam. Former Union minister C P Verma, suspended BJP MLA Drhuva Bhagat and RJD MLA R K Rana were also expected to surrender.

Poll tie-up talks only with Sonia, insists RLM
The Rashtriya Loktantrik Morcha has made it clear that it was ready to go to any extent to avert the split of non-BJP votes during the coming Assembly elections, but said it would not talk to any one less than Congress president Sonia Gandhi for a poll understanding with that party.

Cong ponders on alliance with anti-BJP parties for Bharuch polls
The Congress is still not decided about whether to go for it all alone or come to an understanding with other parties for the Bharuch Lok Sabha elections, slated for November 25.
