India pioneers nuke de-alert resolution in UN Assembly
India became the first country in the world to introduce a resolution in the UN General Assembly in New York on Monday, calling upon all states to significantly reduce the levels of alertness of their nuclear weapons so as to reduce the risk of unintentional nuclear war.
