Amol Palekar's latest venture captures fiery reformer Karve
It was smooth start for Amol and Chitra Palekar who have been shooting hectically for ten long days since October 26 in and around Pune city for the docu-feature film Kal Ka Aadmi based on the firebrand social reformer R D Karve who advocated modern family planning measures in the first quarter of this century.

Delhi phatphaties to be replaced by maxicabs
The Delhi Government has cleared the maxicab scheme, less than four weeks before the Assembly polls. This allows owners of Harley Davidsons, which have been off the road since October 2, to buy diesel--run seven to 12 seater buses or any other vehicle with a similar seating capacity.
