Not a good omen for Indo-Pak talks
India and Pakistan failed to achieve any breakthrough yesterday on the dispute over Tulbul Navigation Project in Jammu and Kashmir but agreed to continue the dialogue to find an amicable solution.

The United States has announced a record $5 million reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of multimillionaire radical Osama bin Laden while formally charging him with orchestrating the August 7 bombings of the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania.

60 killed as bus plunges into Mahanadi river
At least 60 persons were killed when a bus carrying about 90 passengers nosedived into Mahanadi river near Sikharpur in Cuttack on Thursday morning. The bus, coming from Korua village in Pattamundai in Kendrapara district, fell into the river after it broke through the railings of the two-km-long bridge.
