MANGALORE, Nov 25: Cartoonist B V Ramamurthy of the Deccan Herald-Prajavani group has been chosen for the Sandesha Foundation for Culture and Education's State-level awards for 1998. The journalism award is been given to Ramamurthy for his lasting contribution to journalism through the medium of cartooning, and Mr Citizen series which depicts the comman man's agony and problems.
