Express runs into derailed Frontier Mail, 160 dead
In the worst rail accident in three years - the worst ever in this region - at least 160 people were killed and twice as many injured when the Calcutta-bound Sealdah Express from Jammu rammed into derailed coaches of the Amritsar-bound Frontier Mail at Kauri village near Khanna in Punjab's Ludhiana district.
