Sign NPT, says friend Primakov
Russian Prime Minister Yevgeny Primakov's well-known penchant for maintaining the sanctity of the global nuclear order revealed itself again yesterday, when he disregarded Indian sensitivities on the issue and asked New Delhi to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).
