Ford drops M&M's name from JV
US car major, Ford Motors has dropped its Indian partner, Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M) name from its joint venture. The decision has been taken following a change in the equity pattern between the two parent companies, Ford Motor Company, and Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd.

Guj Ambuja Cements expands board
Gujarat Ambuja Cements (GACL), in an effort to accelerate implementation of its ambitious growth plans, has decided to draft in four key executives as whole-time directors on its board. The board expansion is, however, subject to approval of shareholders and the regulatory authorities.

Pentafour Software to get its GDRs listed at London bourse
Pentafour Software & Exports Ltd is to get its GDRs listed at the London Stock Exchange as all necessary paper work relating to it has been completed by the company. The listing will take place in about a month's time, claimed company's chairman and managing director, V Chandrasekaran.
