Political flux in India will jeopardise CTBT talks with US - Pak
Pakistan has expressed fears that the current political crisis in India and imminent mid-term polls will delay the bilateral dialogue process by three to six months and said that the onus for this delay rests on the Indian side.

Russia on collision course
Russia may reconsider its relations with NATO if the alliance launches a ground offensive in Yugoslavia, Prime Minister Yevgeny Primakov warned during an interview televised in Russia. When the interviewer asked whether this meant an increase in defence spending, Primakov said: ``At any rate, more attention (should be focused) on defence, but not necessarily in spending.''
