A crime capital
Chatteratti and glitteratti were not words that were media jargon when my generation was growing up. In those days the people who symbolised energy, who broke away from the norm, who experimented with new ideas and were innovative, who broke through staid conservatism, were deemed celebrities and became the icons of a city.

Injustice in the name of freedom
Use the law to fool the people. Nothing illustrates this better than the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting's much touted freedom of AIR and Doordarshan after the implementation of the Prasar Bharati Act, 1990.

Sonia's mistakes
