Hollywood to swing to Jaipur teacher's tune
Shiva Vyas, a music lecturer from Jaipur, will be providing the background music in Hollywood film Holy Smoke directed by Jane Campion. The film features an Australian girl, played by Titanic star Kate Winslet.
Art of the Matter
The common opinion that art is being practised because of its sensationalism springs doubts to one's mind. However, after knowing the artists and their beliefs, one has to admit that these artists produce an imagery that is not just for the purpose of selling but in order to open a disquieting discourse on contemporary life and issues.
