Piaggio finally pulls out of scooter venture
Italian two-wheeler major Piaggio Spa has decided to pull out of its scooter manufacturing joint venture with the Kanpur-based Singhania family - LML Limited.
Tatas to divest stake in venture with IBM
The Tatas and IBM are finally splitting. The Tatas have decided to divest their 50% and 10% stake in TATA-IBM Ltd and IBM Global Services India Ltd (IGSIL) respectively to IBM World Trade Corporation of the US.
Sundram Fasteners to buy 51 pc in Autolec
TVS group company Sundram Fasteners Ltd (SFL) plans to acquire 51% stake in another auto component maker, Autolec Industries, for about Rs 28 crore.
