Cong, RJP decide to join hands in Gujarat
The Congress and the Rashtriya Janata Party have agreed in principle to give a "joint fight to communal forces in Gujarat" after a one-to-one meeting between RJP chief Shankersinh Vaghela and GPCC president CD Patel last week.

Tamil Maanila Congress (TMC) president G K Moopanar has reportedly hinted that the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam's (DMK) decision to join the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) bandwagon, led by the BJP, has ended his party's ties with the DMK.
