BIFR declares ATV Projects sick
The Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) has declared ATV Projects a sick company and appointed Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) as operating agency for preparing the rehabilitation package for the company.

Petronet to ink SPA with Rasgas-Mobil
Petronet LNG is expecting to sign a supply purchase agreement (SPA) with international consortium Rasgas-Mobil for the shipment of 7.5 million tonnes of LNG annually for its two subsidiaries by the middle of June.
