Ministry turns down SCI venture ith Petonet
The Petroleum ministry has rejected the proposal of Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) to float a joint venture shippping company with Petronet LNG for transporting 7.5 million tonnes of liquified natural gas (LNG) for Dahej and Kochi terminals.
ICICI moots sale of GHIL assets to Gujarat Ambuja
ICICI has suggested sale of all movable and immovable assets of sick company Gujarat Hi-Tech Industries Ltd (GHIL) to Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd (GACL) for Rs 12 crore as part of a revival package.
PFC allowed to raise Rs 1600 crore
The power ministry has approved the proposal of state-owned Power Finance Corporation (PFC) to raise Rs 1600 crore in the current fiscal to enable the corporation to fund the needs of various power utilities.
