The play, that had been translated in Punjabi by Amarjit Chandan, revolved around the main character, Enhaa, who was involved in the construction of the palace of the sultan that took twenty years to be completed. Enhaa was very popular among the people, especially for his songs and it was when the final name had to be written on the main entrance of the palace that the workmen inscribed his name on it.

The sultan appointed him as the prime minister to avoid revolt among the people as Enhaa was very popular and the public wanted him to hold the highest post.

Later, Enhaa committed atrocities against the people and the same people who used to love him for his kindness and friendly nature started hating him and he lost his position. The role of Enhaa was played by Gurpreet Baraich and the background singers were Salim Akhtar and Shabdeesh with music by Tejender Teji and lyrics by Shabdeesh.
