MUMBAI, SEPT 4: The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) will carry out repair work on the leaking water main at Nana Chowk on Monday, September 6.Work on the pipeline which supplies water to Malabar Hill Reservoir will commence at 4 am and will be completed by 9 pm.
In view of the repairs, wards A (Ballard Estate, Nariman Point, Colaba, Marine Drive and Marine Drive), C (Gamdevi Road, Thakurdwar, Grant Road, Tardeo, Chira Bazaar, Girgaum and D (Chowpatty, Walkeshwar, Breach Candy, Peddar Road, Haji Ali) will receive 30 percent water supply accompanied by low pressure.
Residents of these wards have been asked to store water on September 5, 1999. Water supply will return to normalcy on September 7, 1999.
