Tatas divest stake in Goodlass Nerolac
In order to focus on its core businesses, the Tata group has sold off its entire shareholding in Goodlass Nerolac Paints Ltd to its foreign partner Kansai Paint Co Ltd of Japan for a consideration of Rs 98.56 crore.

Market cap of IT companies rise 78 pc
Shareholders of information technology (IT) companies are getting richer these days. The market capitalisation of IT companies at Rs 104,700 crore has grown by a whopping 78 per cent in the last six months with bulk of the wealth generation going to shareholders of Wipro, Infosys Technologies and NIIT.

Panel against FI directors on company boards
