Two killed in Bandra shootout

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE  
MUMBAI, OCT 3: A 29-year-old man, Santosh Singh, was killed and his 60-year-old father, Ramnaresh Singh, seriously injured in a firing incident at 9:15 pm at their residence in Bandra on Sunday. According to the police, some unidentified persons barged into the victims' house and fired at both from revolvers before fleeing the scene.

Neighbours rushed them to the hospital where Santosh, was declared dead. The father, a retired police officer, who was shot in the stomach and chest, is in critical condition. According to Nirmal Nagar police, the shooting might have been a fallout of a property dispute.
