In sight, Japan's artificial retina for visually-impaired
Scientists are working on artificial retinas and `vision chips', miniature silicon-based devices with electric circuits, that will mimic the complex information processing which takes place in the brain to provide vision to the blind.

The Hallmark entertainment channel did a trial run in India last year and much to the delighted astonishment of many viewers (especially female), it ran like a non-stop Mills & Boons novel made specifically for television.
