Sensex touches 5151, falls back
The bull run, which took the Sensex past the 5,000-mark last week, continued on Monday with share prices and indices touching new peaks on stock exchanges across the country.

Market cap of 18 Sensex scrips falls
The return of the Vajpayee government and the revision of India's rating by Moody's have left most of the key scrips untouched with only 10 scrips - out of 30 scrips which constitute the 30-share BSE Sensex - gaining in the last 40 days.

ICICI warns of dealing with Essar properties
Term lending institution ICICI has warned public from striking any deal with the Ruia-owned Essar House Pvt Ltd which is trying to lease off seven floors of Essar headquarters situated in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, to corporate/high net worth clients.
