VADODARA, OCT 31: The Defence Ministry would soon get an additional allocation of Rs 7,000 crore to meet the various requirements of the armed forces, Union Minister of State for defence Harin Pathak said.
This would be in addition to the Rs 55,000 crore allocated to it in the budget, Pathak said. The Army was keeping a close watch on the border after the military coup in Pakistan on October 12, he said.
