Flash floods add to Orissa's misery
Flash floods followed by the devastating cyclone have worsened the situation in Balasore, Bhadrak, Jaipur, Kendrapara & Jagatsinghpur districts. People in these districts are crying for food, but the state administration is unable to supply relief material.
Highways turn looting junctions
For the second day, hungry and homeless victims, angry at delayed relief, are looting block office godowns and homes of their more lucky neighbours to stave off starvation.
