The appointment of M Rajendran as Orissa Governor has left many people sulking, among them Union Home Minister L K Advani and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi. Both are, however, upset for different reasons.

Tripura govt sounds red alert in state
The Tripura government has sounded a red alert throughout the state and sealed its international border with Bangladesh in view of last night's massacre of 17 people by the tribal guerillas in west Tripura district.
