Military authorities in Pakistan are interrogating three confidantes of deposed prime minister Nawaz Sharif for allegedly masterminding the plot to supply a taped conversation between Pervez Musharraf and his deputy to India during the Kargil crisis.

China backs Russia on Chechen crisis
