Science exhibition
Antonio D'Silva High School at Dadar has won the over-all trophy at the junior level in a G N Ward-level Science exhibition for schools organised from November 30 to December 2. Bal Mohan school at Dadar won the over-all trophy in the senior category. The exhibition, hosted at Victoria High School at Mahim, was based on the topic `Meeting the Challenges of Life Through Science and Technology'. The inaugural function was graced by scientist Dr Jessica Diego while Lalita Deshpande, a language expert and bio-chemist was present on the last day.Festival on birds at Virar
National English High School at Virar is organising a week-long science festival titled`The Wondrous Winged World' from December 5 to 13. It offers a peep into the features of bewitching birds and exhibits 40 models of birds in their appropriate background.
