Referring to the just concluded three-day national convention of the ABVPheld in Lucknow, Kothari said that the Parishad had resolved to observeDecember 10 as `Human Rights Day'. To mark the day, ABVP activists all overthe country will hold programmes ``highlighting the importance of humanrights''.
