MUMBAI, JANUARY 22: Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd, a leading company which employs over 1600 people, has entered into a strategic alliance with the $ one billion Hartmann group of Germany in the fields of incontinence (adult diapers) and wound management products. Elder will be responsible for distributing and marketing Hartmann Incontinence products and will, therefore, be the first company to offer such systems throughout India, revolutionising urine therapy.

The Hartmann group is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of health care and hygiene products with a gross turnover of more than $ one billion.
