Rs 1,000 crore IT backbone project okayed
The Cabinet has cleared a Rs 1,000 crore project for the upgradation of the countrywide fibre optic cable network from 10 Gbps to 100 Gbps, member TRA Commission, N Seshagiri, said at a seminar on Tuesday.
