The Indian Deputy High Commissioner was summoned to the Foreign Office late on Saturday and handed over a `note verbale' in protest against the alleged involvement of Indian troops in the killing of some locals in the Kotli sector of Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK), which he promptly denied.
