A cash-strapped MSEB still favours a few
Ispat Industries owes the loss-making MSEB a hefty Rs 150 crore. About a year ago, when the arrears were approximately Rs 100 crore, MSEB had tried to force Ispat to cough up some money by cutting off power supply to its Dolvi unit.
