Blocking of water supply

Respected Sir,
Ours is a 15-member society working in Indian Airlines of which 8 are Ex-service men who took active part in the wars of 1965 & 1971 against Pakistan. The society was registered in 1985 and has been functioning without any problem since then. Unfortunately, for the last two years, two newly built societies viz. Aradhana & Sadhana have claimed the ownership of the land between them. The societies are owned by the builder Gupta who has handed over the ownership to the Minicipality on a stamp paper.
The case in this regard is going in the small causes court. This has led to blocking our basic need of water since last week. The CIDCO officials have surveyed the illegal construction of wall & an illegal temple near it and have served them a notice for claiming the legality of unauthorized constructions. After taking this to the court, Municipality, Tahsildar and Collector, there has been no positive improvement. We are sending applications of our grievances to all we can think of. We, the members of Shriniketan Soc, Vasai, would request you to publish this in your paper and also carry out a detailed investigative report by your correspondent.
