and Shiv Sena
The
posturing by the Shiv Sena on the immenent arrest of its leader is
despicable. Shiv Sena's warning of law and order problem is sheer
blackmail and those who issue such statements should be arrested and proscecuted
for inciting violence.
If Mr. Bal Thackeray is innocent, let him prove it in the court of law
rather than have his cronies and chelas incite violence against the
common man.
If the center intervenes in this matter, it would be a sad day for
democracy, rule of law and whole country in general.

Bal Thackeray's arrest
The hue
and cry being raised by the Sena on Bal Thackeray's arrest order points
to the fact that they actually realise that he is guilty and are afraid
to go to court. If he is actually innocent, why is the Sena afraid? It
will be proven in court that he is innocent!
So just to stop this arrest from happening, they have disrupted life in
Bombay. I really dont understand how such parties are allowed to remain
in a democratic setup. God save India from such parties!
