Kikkar Singh and others of Jand village had submitted a complaint against the SEPO. They had accused the officer of shifting the drain into their agriculture fields even after getting the correct location through demarcation, in order to harass them.
Presiding over the weekly sangat darshan held under his chairmanship at Bachat Bhawan here today, Bharti directed all the officers to submit the inquiry reports on the complaints marked to them within the fixed periods, so that the applicants could be given efficient justice.
In today’s sangat darshan, as many as 57 pending complaints were discussed, out of which 27 were settled after discussion on the inquiry reports submitted by concerned officers. Today as many as 29 new complaints were received. A complaint was made by of Gurmail Singh, Member Panchayat of Hans Kala village regarding the illegal encroachment by the Sarpanch of the village.
